Deceased Estate - No Cooperation

I have now sent through paperwork for a deceased estate SEVEN times. Per fax on 011 546-8427 and 8888 on 14 Jan. I phoned up to confirm receipt but nothing was received. I resent to same numbers. Then phoned up 16 Jan - spoke to Penny. Still nothing received. Penny gave an incorrect email address nl. [Email Removed] - I sent paperwork again. I phoned 20 Jan - spoke to Celine. No paperwork received - Celine advised that the fax 546-8888 was incorrect. She also advised the email address is incorrect and gave me [Email Removed] I advised her that this would be the 7th send and I asked to speak to the supervisor as this was not acceptable. As usual the supervisor was "in a meeting". I asked that they phone back. No one has phoned back. I was advised that faxes or emails get attended to between 24 - 48 hours. So do I wait another 48 hours just to be told nothing was received again? It is shocking the way Vodacom treats next-of-kin's in their time of sorrow. The deceased's family should not have to go through this - life has already been made very traumatic for them dealing with a death and having Vodacom issues like the above is just not acceptable!
