I had a contract with MTN on July 2013, my phone broke around November which was taken in for repairs. The phone couldn't be fixed so the had to replace it only to find that my experia j was discontinued so i had to chose another phone of the same value but then it didn't have a 16gb memory card. I didn't want to take any phone without that because mine had. Then i was advised that they will organise the phone from the suppliers, when i asked how long it was gonna take no one knew. 09/12/2013 i sent an email to Fred complaining about this then he told me that there was no such thing as ordering the phone from the suppliers. I asked him to help close this acc and he agreed, sent me a form, I Completed it then sent it back. There was no response then I had to go back to the branch to do the process again. On the 17/01/2014 went back to find out what is happening and I was sent back to come back on monday 20/01/2014. I went back on the 20/01/2014 i was sent back again saying the call centre line was too busy. So now I'm sitting here with a debit order and no phone
