Cell C thinks they can cap unlimited BIS!!

I have been informed today by Cell C Customer Care 140, after I phoned them, that my daughters contract which includes unlimited BIS which we signed for in November 2012, so the contract is still in full force, now has a 2Gig cap on it!!! What is the point of having a legally binding contract for 24 months when these think they can just chop and change the terms of contract as they feel and as their tiny little brains allow them? I am sure there are many many people who have suffered the same fate! I spent hours on the phone with customer care been shafted from one consultant to another, all as unhelpful and thick as the last one with no outcome except thats the change they have made and I must live with it! I was apparently notified, when I asked where their proof of notification was as I mean surely if you change a contract you need a signed document by the other party accepting the change? I was told that was not the case and sms's were sent out!!! SMSS??? REALLY? All i can say is Cell C will be hearing from my lawyer!!!
