Cell C - Takes NO Pride in there Customer Service

I have been a loyal Cell C client the past -12 years. 12 Months ago Head Office Upgrade my contract to a talk 800. Since then I have been billed each month, however never received my statements. I have to ask/request them each month. Upon quering my account the agent mentioned that all data out of bundle would be charged at .15c per MB. On my billing statement I am billed 99c per MB, thus increasing my monthly bill over the past 12 months with a few R100 rand each month. Angela Nale confirmed that the agent mentioned the tariff of 15c per MB however it is incorrect. Cell C offered me R7.50 for of data which is a slap in the face. When I asked them to send me the upgrade recording they at first could not find it, and secondly they were not allowed. Currently this is leaving me with no binding contract with Cell C. I have forwared numerous emails to Angela and Armando with read requests, and to date they have not came back to me. This is shocking service for a so called leader in the industry. I have asked them for the ombudsman details which I am still waiting for. This is beyond shocking and I am very dissappointed.
