I phoned the 8 Jan regarding a account query. Today is 20 Jan and still no feedback. Every time I phone to ask whats going on I get told my call still has not been assigned and they have a backlog because of the holiday. Not my problem. I am a paying customer and I expect service. If I don't pay my bill on time they are quick to phone me and tell me I am in arrears. But when I phone them to ask about my account nobody can help me???
