I LOVE MTN

I have heard my contract for years with MTN n till today I have never had problems with them, I love the consultants and I must say they really go an extra mile to help and not once have they ever tried to act clever and confirm what they don't know, they have always been human enough to say sorry and really mean it and human enough to say I am not sure can I just find out and let you know.
yes you do have the those weird departments like the insurance department that but all the same the 808 staff always put ur mind at ease n the staff at south gate and the staff at Northgate. thank you guys for all the help I always work in there clueless and yet always come out a very happy customer with the latest phone at a reasonable packaged. yall rock!!!
PLEASE TRAIN THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR STATNDARD TO MACTH YOURS
