Huge issues with insurance and service departments

I am happy with my New Kia Cerato bought in November of 2012. I was pleased with the Sales person's attitude. However, the finance department and the insurance department got all their lines crossed and gave me the wrong insurance or lack there of. I had to sort that out. Then I had a steering issue. I took it to the service department within a week of purchase. They do not offer a replacement/loan car.
They apparently have a driver who would drop me expediently... I would need to get back there myself. Waited 40 minutes for the driver. Then went back to the Kia manager who helped me get a lift home. Service department took 24 hours instead of the promised 8. No difference to steering or comments on what was done. The pain work was DAMAGED! they refuse to take responsibility but will buff the paint if I take it back... Does it sound like I want to take my car back there at my expense and on my clock??? I love the car, Kia has reasonable service, but I blame them for putting up with service providers like this.
