While doing my shopping at Pick n Pay Rock Cottage, I felt light headed and sweaty. I approached the till and asked the floor manager to assist me. She kindly took a chair outside, gave me something to drink and kept on making sure I was okay. They unpacked my trolley as requested and called me once completed to pay. While outside two ladies stopped to help. I Would like to thank them and the staff for going the extra mile to help me. The one lady was prepared to take me home as she felt it would not be safe to drive. Pick n Pay staff kept my purchases until my husband arrived to take me home. It is just so wonderful to see there are still caring people around. I am really thankful to the staff and impressed at the proffessional way they handled the situation.
