Did not request for cellphone cover but must pay

On 4-12-2013 i did a sim swop at alberton city, after about 7 days i recieved a letter saying that i have cellphone cover for R7000 and the cost will be R116-52 a month. I NEVER requested for this cover i did a sim swop only. The cover is for a data card that is not even worth R80!! I phoned Vodacom and the insurance company and told them to cancel immidiately, they deactivated it on 12-12-2013. I now recieved an invoice for the amount of R116-52 for the cover. I have asked Vodacom to correct this as im not paying for a service i did not request, ref s3/0451b/buiwo was given to me but no one has attended to this problem. I will not pay that account and if Vodacom take money out of my bank for something i never asked for there will be big issues. I phones them again this morning and still pending
