Breach of contract

I reported a matter more then 5 times to cell c and once on helo Peter. They asured me that they will resolve it and even confirmed the wrong doing and asured me it will be rectified within 48 hours. My account is piling up due to them not giving the correct ammount of data as perscribed by the contract. Im loosing money due to their pathetic service
