Abusive throttling

4 people in the family and we all use the internet for youtube and playing online games, from facebook to steam games. Mweb revealed the throttle limit as 200gb and in total we have downloaded around 220gb, we have been throttled since the 10th and mweb guy said it would only last 4 days. thanks you.
