I am looking for a shoe, Ankle strap flat shoe, description on your website indicates JEANY as product description. I called your store in TOKAI now at 12:22, requested if they have this shoe in stock, I could hear the sales consultant asking someone at the back, do they know what this is, and also referred in a sarcastic manner that I am not giving any more information. This is the only information at my disposal. Few seconds later, I was told no, they don't have that shoe in stock. My guess they weren't in the mood to check or even look it up on the system. Either improve on your website with product codes to assist the client better or employ people with proper service etiquette. There are lots of people with proper manners looking for work. These people represent your brand and give the impression of your values. The experience of the client, face to face, or telephonically determines client retention.
