I was billed 2000 rand and I refused to pay, because I wanted proof. Nothing was emailed to me for almost 4 months. I payed the amound and asked if they could turn my phone on after the account was handed over to legal. I phoned legal a few times to sort out this problem. The amount was payed in des 2013. Today I went to vodacom because my fone is still not working. Now I get a bill of over 3000 rand. So I have to pay for service I don't have or get. I refuse to pay the amount. I want to cancell the phone at this moment. Pathetic!!! They cant tell me what the 3000 charge is for and I spoke to the accounts department! I will take further actions if this is not sorted out!!!
