Just no Customer Service

Good Day, two week ago I applied online for your Huawei E5220 Mi-Fi R149 24 month contract I got an email back saying someone would contact me regardinging my application but after a few days with no response I called in to check on the progress but there was non so they suggested I reapply on the phone which I duly did it took a number of minutes but finally the gentleman that helped me said that I would be kept updated on the progress he said if I was approved they would debt my account and the courier would deliver the modem to me? Its been a week and I have called in and the lady that helped me took my number and said someone would contact me but 2 days later I am still waiting! I just want to know what is happening I am trying to do business with Telkom!
