WAITING FOR WEEKS FOR CONNECTION!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Telkom. I applied for a telephone line close to five weeks ago (this week being the fifth) they told me I would get a line in 7-21 working days, I went in two weeks later only to find out they had been sitting on it, they advised I would receive an SMS shortly confirming my address, I waited for another week and went back in only to be told they were not sure where I lived (had given them the Erf at application) I then gave them a map with directions so the wouldn't "get lost" had to wait another week to receive the SMS! Now we are on week five and still nothing... This line will be for home and small business purposes, Telkom has not only stalled my business's progress but are also stalling entrepreneurial enterprise and its vital place in our economy.

I finally received an sms from them to say my account 6718475 is being processed! I am sure will be yet another 7 - 21 working days for me to wait again and lose another month's revenue. I am so tired of Telkom issues and the amount of the public has to deal with. Neotel-Vodacom cannot get here fast enough...
