Incomplete and unacceptable services rendered

Have upgraded from 10gig adsl to "Uncapped". However, mail settings have not been transferred to the new uncapped account. This after I have provided it to them twice!! Now mail address does not work. I am very frustrated with incomplete services rendered. Its unacceptable!
Tried calling their service line (10210) but given up after 6 minutes holding, not including all the data I needed to have provided prior them putting me on hold... for ever...
