TERRIBLE PATHETIC SERVICE

I am on a fixed subscription service of R220 per month with Cybersmart. Suddenly, due to no given reason, last Friday I get a bill of R1 120 for the month of January, apparently for using an extra 30gigs for data without ever requesting the data for usage!!!

I have called their call centre 3 times now, each time waiting for at least 15 to 20 minutes to have my call answered and every time being assured by the agent that the problem will be fixed. I have also sent emails to both their general query email and accounts department and have not heard a word from them about fixing this.

I do not expect that anybody from their useless organisation will follow up to try and fix this, as I have requested my bank to reverse this debit order. I would just like to spread the word and make sure that nobody out there makes the same mistake as I did to trust them with handling my debit order instruction with care!!!

The poor attitude of their staff makes me sick to the bottom of my stomach!!!
