Account Abuse No Help From Atlantic

We have been with Atlantic Internet Service for years my account with them has always been R285 Per month, suddenly beginning December an amount of R3084 was debited off my account. When I queried it they said it was data usage, I said to them this is impossible as it is a home computer and I only use it to do banking.

I requested an computerised invoice and all it stated that an amount of R5 was going through numerous times. When I asked what this was about I was told to contact the abuse department as they would be able to look into the matter. It seemed that from the 16th of the month this R5 went through so many times that I have accounts that amounts to thousands of rands.

The accounts department finally contacted me back and said an error was made for R1600, but could still not explain the rest of the R1400, or the R1400 I was charged in January. I actually went as far as unplugging my Internet after I use it, but still has a bill of R800 For February.

So far I have heard nothing from the abuse department. I tried to e-mail the directors today, hoping maybe that will help. I should have cancelled my Internet with them and not trusted the problem will be resolved.
