Disappointed!

I am really disappointed that Vodacom, whom I've been with for more than 10years could be associated with Elite Mobile.

I read reports on Hellopeter and found so many disatisfied clients on a daily basis.

After a huge battle to get my laptop I eventually received it today, however its very clear (vodacom consultant Jason even confirmed) that its a 2nd hand product.
I am unable to log into the laptop as another user "UDESH THANGAVELLOO" has set a password.

I cannot understand, how a company such as yourself can even consider any sort of relationship with such a misleading company?

I cannot express just how disappointed I am, as I honestly have never experience this much hassles with any company.
