I am astonished at the fact that you had the audacity to deliver a laptop, that's second hand!!! I am livid as I'm typing this!

I receive my delivery more than a month later and find that its been used by someone else. To be spicific "UDESH THANGAVELLOO" and I cannot login as I do not know his password. What the!!
Firstly Your agent called me with the offer, I DID NOT CALL YOU!!

You have not only placed your company in a bad light but, vodacom as well. Your service is pathetic and I cannot understand how vodacom can be associated with you.

Please send someone to collect it, as I am unable to Login!
