Incorrect Billing

Altech Autopage has been charging me R69.00 for services they no longer supply. The accout department does not get thier act together and months later I am still waiting for my credit for two months being credited to me. I paid R69.00 per month for ISP but they do not offer that service any more. I was not aware of this and it has not been cancelled.
