Frustration and Disappointment

I had waited to received my newly repaired Blackberry, only to have it returned and it doesn't work (even after it had been sent away for 2 weeks), thereafter having it sent back to the repairs department in Johannesburg. Frustrated and disappointed, I had a few words with the very nice owner of the sunridge branch of Autopage, and I'd also sent an email to their headoffices informing them of the poor poor service I'd received. Their automated reply said I would hear back from them with in a few hours - 5 days later and I'm still waiting for a "we are truly sorry about the inconvenience and poor service" or something to that effect.

I can honestly say that I have never had such poor service from one franchise. I listed Sunridge Park as the branch area, however, the problem with the repairs department. The Sunridge Park branch has handled the situation efficiently (apart from giving me a proper working phone) and for that I commend them, however, to who ever is supposed to respond to emails - You are not performing at your best.
