Altech Autopage! Poor Business Ethics

Altech Autopage! A complete disgrace and a bad name to all mobile networks. It seems that they couldn't give two hoots on customer satisfaction and service delivery and are more interested in our bank accounts and how they can get their dirty hand on it legally or illegally.
My wife took out a contract With Altech Autopage for a Black berry 9320 @ R135pm more than 2 years ago. Some months she was billed R1200 for internet usage. Note: she had BIS.
She called the client service and billing department every month during 2013 and told everyone that she doesn't want the contract anymore and that she couldn't wait for the last payment. On the final month she paid the last instalment of R144 and called in as usual to request for a settlement letter. They informed her that she had to notify them 30 days before cancelling and that we now have to pay a further months instalments after notification of cancelation! at this point i started fuming.
I requested all the voice recordings for year 2013 between Altech Autopage and my wife on the 6/11/2013. To this day all I'm being told is they cannot find it, some other department is working on it, we trying our best!
