Cell C
Duplicate contract created

Good morning,
I requested an upgrade on my existing contract with Cell C in October but a new contract was created for me.
I have been calling the company since the 05/11/2013 to have this matter resolved as it affecting the other contract that I have with Cell C. The company has been billing me for two contracts but I have been reversing the payment for the other contract that was falsely created for me. My other contract for my Laptop has been suspended due to the fact that Cell C claims my account is for my phone is not paid, I have tried to explain to 8 people that I requested an upgrade not an extra line but words fell on deaf ears. I have exhausted all avenues I cannot be reversing payments from my bank every time the double debit my account as I have done that twice already. I noticed that my account has been debited again on the 24/11/2013. I would like this to be resolved as a matter of urgency, the reference numbers provided by Cell C are as follows.
Reference number : 3111600467, 311090177 & 311500118 .
The people are spoke to are: Thina, Mandla, Xolile, Yolanda, Nosipho, Thando, Simphiwe and Mbali.
Power is in the hands of Cell C clearly.
