My contract has expired and its time for an upgrade. The call centres sent me from pillar to post. They are refusing to give me the contract I want because I must settle for their categorization. What the agent doesn't seem to grasp is that the contract has expired and I as the consumer can choose whatever contract I want from any supplier.
