Virgin Mobile's slow champs

Rams hand to hand courier service picked my phone up for repairs on the 15th of November 2013 and have not received my phone yet.

I have made 20 calls to customer care since then and when I called in on the 8th of January I was told that the repairs dept only opened on the 8th and an agent will contact me later on. its now the 15th of January and no agent has called back.

I am very disappointed with these "champs" and would like to get an answer today about my phone!!!
