I am not trying to get anyone into trouble however i am disappointed at the way my queries are been handled as there are charges on my account that can not be explained. I appreciate that my query has been forwarded to a different department although on many occasions this has been done and i dnt recall ever recieving feedback this has really started to aggitate me as i am told that there are a number of adjustments on my account that cannot be explained. According to my knowledge my account has been paid up todate. This needs to be sorted in a matter of urgency i refuse to pay for something that i have no record of as even the statement was not sent till i requested for 1 and even after the statement was sent the extra charges do not reflect so i am failing to understand what is happening. 1stly i expect to be notified of all charges as each time the incorrect amount is been debited the amount gets rejected which leaves me with bank charges to pay and my credit rating also been affected, 2ndly i expect feed back if the matter has been raised for investigation and lastly as a customer i expect explainations each time i call as this is just a waste of time for me to call!!!
