Galaxy Note 2 LTE

Vodacom promotes and offers the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE (N7105) on contracts at all their shops. I want to buy this phone cash as part of an insurance claim settlement as my previous phone fell and broke. I phoned alot of stores right over South Africa, starting with JHB as they have the LTE network there and nobody has stock and no store can give me a ETA if I order the phone. I'm not disputing about the price. I just want to buy the phone. How can Vodacom offer a phone on contract but have no stock or even a ETA on the back order. Atleast Ryan from the Canal Walk VodaShop is trying to get me a handset ASAP.

I have 3x contracts on my name with Vodacom. Maybe its time to change providers!!!
