I had reported MTN on this page sometime last year, to this day i have not received my fone.
After upgrading in October 2012 to a 9360.BB from then to May 2013 i had received 7 broken phones.

I had followed all their procedures (have all mails) in order to get a different model..after all my efforts of mailing, calling n being patient I NEVER received the phone. Was told the offer to give me a dif fone was no more on the tables... like!!!
To cut long story short... they have the phone as i returned it to them..my sim card has since been blocked. I stopped payments since there was no service, aritime or phone i was paying for.

The worse was to come!!! I got a letter of demand on the 8th of January demanding a payment of R6890.96 or they arrest me n black list me. Someone pls explain What am i paying for?

Have spoken to the owner himself n he didn't show any care in the world, not to mention Divendry (the so called customer liaison officer) who instead of getting to the bottom of the problem, she made me feel like i was wasting her time.

Yesterday i went to the store, spoke to a consultant who advised me they have spoken to Divendry about my issue but she chooses to ignore it
