I have realised last night that someone did a sim swop with my number. I called the call centre to correct this and was told I must take all my documents and my phone with to Vodacom shop and purchase a new Sim card. So I asked how is possible that someone was able to do it, without the phone and the documents. Well no one can answer me. Now I have to buy a new sim card and pay for a sim swop just to get my number back, which I did not swopped in the first place. How is this for service?
