On requesting to be transferred from contract to pre paid I was informed that I still owed on a hand set. I have no record of receiving a handset on re newel of my contract. I spoke to numerous " champs" at customer care (ref no. 23324336, 2476686, etc) in October 2013, to no avail. I then informed Virgin Mobile that I would withhold payment until resolution. Three payments have been reversed & the response is nil. Is there a brick wall beyond the friendly "champs" where nothing happens?
Strangely I am still able to make calls.
