Wanted to take new data contract (R129 pm 5GB 5GB) after MTN Zevenwacht bungle up (1294392). Informed by staff that price changed to R249pm - double the advertised price in the brochure!!! Wonder at what price Zev mtn would have activated my data contract R129 or R249?! MTN YOU REALLY NEED TO LOOK AT SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOUR BRANCHES!!! Have had bad experiences now at 2 different branches within 1 week. No wonder people are going to your competitors if this is the way you treat them!!
