BLACKBERRY FOR R249 ON PREPAID NOT CONTRACT

We went to Telkom in Hillcrest when my boyfriend wanted to buy the Blackberry he saw advertised for R249 on prepaid, the guy in charge said no its R3038 on contract but it distinctly said it was R249.00, my boyfriend then said according to the law you are supposed to give it to me for R249.00 and the guy involved said "Do you know the Law"and then swoped the pricing around thinking my boyfriend didn't see him. I think that is unacceptable! If you see something priced at a certain price and you get to the till and its a different price, you are to get it at that price!!! We have witnesses who saw the price of the Blackberry! I want it at that price. Khumal was very stroppy when assisting us. Will never do any more business with Telkom ever again! Poor service.
