I want my line back at full speed

Since the beginning of this month, my internet speed for videos and other international websites have been drastically reduced and I would like to know why, since I haven't even used a quarter of my allocated data of 20GB. I have logged faults 3 times via the website but didn't get a single answer.
Fix my line ASAP or I will change my ISP this Thursday.
