ITC from Mtn

I use to have the uncapped light contract with mtn that i got at the mtn store in fourways mall. after 6 months i was still not able to use the contract. I tried everything and complained for months. After a complaint on Hello peter i got a call from the manager (Tsobeso) he said he would lodge a complaint and if they didnt get back to me in a month i could cancel the contract. after a month i went in and signed papers stating that the contract was cancelled (i still have a signed copy). this all happened in 2012. at the end of Jan 2013 i received a call from mtn accounts saying i owe them money and that because i didnt pay i how have it on my itc records and that the account was not canceled. I really need this sorted out and i cant have this on my itc and permanent record. Tsobeso the manager has led me on for the last two weeks saying he will sort it out and now doesnt return or answer any of my calls
