Good day

I reported my initial bad quality reception early October 2012. CellC was quick to respond by telephone to hear my concern. However, after three discussion in two weeks my concern was directed to the Technical Division. Since then I have not been kept up to date or contacted.

I accepted the bad quality based on the value for money I receive from the CellC deal. However, of late and before, my calls get disconnected too frequently, I receive too many voicemails without my phone even ringing and generally not experiencing good data coverage. My family members keep asking why my phone is off. I am not pleased with the quality of reception provided by CellC.

I am hereby giving my 30 day notice to cancel my contract and will most likely move to the more expensive, but reliable provider Vodacom.
