Worst service in 10 years

Me and my husband hav been on contract with Vodacom for 10 yrs now. he went for his upgrade on the 9th of jan and by the 13th the blackberry Z30 stopped working. He took it back immediately and they told him he cant get a different phone. they sent it in for repairs and never even gave him a reference for it. Neither did they give him a loan phone coz the sim he had to buy doesn't fit into any of the phones we hav at home. I mean, A R15, 000 phone that stops working after 4 days and they don't even bother to give you a loaner much less a reference. This is ridiculous. Help anyone!
