On the 12/10 I upgrade my contract and was given a Blackberry 9320. Four days later the phone stops working. I phone the branch and they refuse to exchange the phone. Now I will cancel this and all other contracts with vodacom.
20 month ago I received another blackberry on another contract with the same branch. It also stopped working, and although one of the employees at the branch said that it is a common blackberry problem, it was taken in and send to a service centre - (still under guarantee) They gave it back without repairing it claiming that the pc board inside was bend by the user (Absolutely no evidence of that on the outside - no marks, no cracks an no screen damage to sustain this claim of them
