WORST SERVCE PROVIDER EVER

I recently booked my phone in for repairs at vodashop as my phone stopped charging. One day out of no where the phone just did not want to charge. Now they call me to tell me i need to pay R3000 for repairs because of some damage to the casing of the phone. The phone has fallen months back and has been working perfectly fine. i even got a thick cover to protect it. This is ridiculous. this is the third time i recieved such service from vodacom in 3 months. i am cancelling all my contracts with them immediately
