Bad Service an unprofessional Staff

Good day

I have been trying to get some service from you guys however i don't know what to do anymore, been receiving calls an sms's wen the account was behind,

The account up to date, an there after they informed me that the payment is reflecting, that was on the 8 Jan 2014, ever since I'm calling every day for the sim card to be activated, and the airtime to be loaded, whenever i call it seems like the staff have no clue what they are doing, an no professionalism on the calls,
they don't inform the client what their name is, not asking to please hold,

Then I'm told to call customer service, and they will just refer me back to the collections department,
now I'm told that the lady that must do it is not at work,

It's really frustrating having to deal with this unprofessional agents and then I'm also not getting good customer service, could you please just have this sim card activated again and the airtime loaded
