Cell Number wiped from system

I ported our company cellphone contract from Autopage/CellC to Vodacom because of bad service at Autopage/CellC. The port was authorized on the 16th and the phone with new simcard could be used on the evening of the 16th of May. On the afternoon of the 17th of May the number stopped working. When you call that number the message says that the number does not exist. We reported it on Saturday morning at a Vodashop in Paarl who reported it to Vodacom. They promised the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. The Sunday morning I phoned Vodacom myself and they said that that deparment is not working weekends but that the problem would be resolved on Monday. Monday evening they promised Tuesday morning. First 10:00, then 12:00 then 14:00 and it is still not on. It is a business phone!! We are consultants and are losing money all the time and nobody from vodacom have a solution for us? What must we do?
