10 times the bill without our 1 limit warning

I'm terribly disappointed in Vodacoms service - this is the 2nd time I've been billed like this. After I have asked the consultants at Vodacom to make sure that my bill is capped at R200-00 including the subscription for data. Conveniently my profile disappears and I have to re-register today only to find out that my bill is sitting at nearly 10 times the normal amount. I get smses from everywhere telling me about everything from sales at clothing stores to some else's banking transaction (even though I haven't given this number out to anybody - strictly for data usage - obviously Vodacom is selling my information to their partners like Edgars; etc.) But no sms to tell me that I have reached my data threshold and have exceeded it by more than R1000-00. It's a R169-00 bundle. Surely there should be some sort of warning when you reach your limit (especially after you have requested it on 2 occasions) Very irresponsible business structure, you can be billed for an indefinite amount of data via dubious consent, but you have to come in an sign to have a limit place on your usage (after insisting on it at the beginning.) I wonder when TCF will be looking in this.
