I still dont have answers to some issues!

Hi there - I STILL don't have an answer to some of my queries - a lady tried to call adn left a number which is CONSTANTLY engaged. I DO not have a NEW contract, I still do NOT have a working mini sim in my IPAd and no one seems to care! Moddy who helped me was helpful up to a point but handed me over to people I cant get hold of! I STILL don't have a Nokia 1020 in ANY colour - order started 27th Dec!
