We have been experiencing a problem with our data which is disappearing at an alarming rate. Our usage per month is on average 7.5-8.5 Gigs. From 20-23 July it was 4.4 Gigs (of which 2 days were over the weekend with nobody using it). Our computer person checked everything - spyware, updates, possibility of somebody hacking in and we cannot find any indication of a problem on our side. The very helpful and nice people at the MWeb technical Helpdesk agreed that something strange is going on and referred us to the abuse department. I sent a mail yesterday requesting their urgent assistance, resent it twice today, followed it up with the helpdesk who said that they would also try to get the abuse department to contact us urgently, but to no avail. I do not even know whether they have received the mail as I received no acknowledgement. We do not have any data left and I refuse to purchase a booster as this will also just disappear into thin air. For us it is a massive problem, but clearly for them it is just another day at the office.
