I want a new phone now, waited for tooo long!!!

Its Two months down the line and im still waiting for my phone to come back. I can't even explain the pain and trauma that CELLC has put me through. I have had enough of this im paying for phone that I don't even have with me? why must I pay for the staffs neglected? I have called different departments but there same not to be helpful. Im sick and tired being at I'm not a fool or a child. I have called the Csurance department today and I was told that the store told them that the reason there took long with the claim was because there systems were down which Is a big lie. The only reason why my phone is not back is because of staff neglects.
