Three weeks ago I contacted Nashua Mobile call centre to get a list of deals that are available on my contract to be upgraded. One of the deals on the list was for an HTC One. The next day I upgraded in the Sandton City shop and the consultant told me that they don't have stock, but will get the phone in 2 days. No one phoned me, but when I phoned, I was told the phone is out of stock, and they don't know when it will be available.
This week I phoned the call centre again, and this time I was told that there was never a deal like that on MTN and that I will never get the phone, as the deal is not available. I immediately went to the Sandton City shop, were I was once again told that I will get the phone, they are just waiting for stock. Lawrence told me that he will phone me asap when he got feedback from procurement. 4 days later I phoned them again, just to be told again, that they don't know. I also contacted the upgrade consultant who sent me the list of deals originally, but there has been no reply
Everyone is passing the buck, and no one is willing to actually tell the truth or actually help. Nashua Mobile and I will get our company to leave them!
