I have a contract with 8ta that suppose to have ended in June 2013 after i have called and went to South gate mall branch to terminate my contract but still 8ta continues to bill me each and every month for an account that is not even active!! I have called a million times and spoke to the Call Centre Manager - Tshegofasto Kgafela and spoke to the Customer Service Manager - Martin Chetty BUT its been 1 month now and still no reply from either of them nor anybody from 8ta but i still continue to get billed. People i edge you to please never ever use 8ta as they are in the business of people and could not care less for they clients... i will be taking this matter even further as this is not acceptable...
