Telkom
No response to landline out of orde

Our landline has been out of working order for more than a month with numerous contacts to Telkom. I still have not had a response / contact from a technician to fix the problem. I wonder if Telkom is still going to charge me for rent considering that I haven't had the service for over a month now? I also wonder if they will ever come out and fix my line or if I should cancel my account with them?
