Hi

A certain company tried to sell a cell phone through tele marketing.

They were suppose to deliver the phone which they did not.

Now I have a problem, I am trying to buy a ipad in the Istore.

They say my portfolio is low.

The company that tried to sell me the phone does not want to cancel.

But I did not sign any papers.

How do solve this problem to increase my portfolio.
