I went to MTN Bethlehem mall to get a new contract on the 04/01/2014 iPhone 5s 16GB the gold one, I was told the phone will be orderd on the 07/01/2014 and l will have it on the 09/01/2014. Today I went in at 16:20 to get my phone and the lady told me "the phone is here she just need to put it through the computer and you'll have it tomorrow". Firstly who is she that needs to put it through a computer? She spoke as if I knew what the she was on about. Secondly why was I not contacted and told about this? I drove all the way to the mall from work for nothing. She told me I was going to get my phone today not Friday and now she couldn't have a care in the world. Is this how the next 24 months going to be? Is MTN really that pathetic? Your customer service really
